Very pleasant 3 days.

Very quiet with good parking and a nice conservatory overlooking a garden at the rear. The Maitre d’hotel was very attentive and informative. Decent French breakfasts…coffee, croissants, cereals boiled eggs….buffet type. Bagnoles is a pleasant town.

Rooms clean and functional. Breakfast buffet good.

No staff on-site when we arrived despite being within the agreed window, plus we had to phone and ask for someone to attend before being able to book in.

It was good value for the money and was very quiet. The garden was very private.

It needed a few repairs, for example the bathroom heater was broken. The room's heating was unavailable between 8pm and 8am. I was a bit cold and had to snuggle into bed.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet location.

This Hotel had the biggest room I've ever stayed in! It was comfortable with clean linen and towels, had a seating area at the back next to but separated from the Hotel parking. There were a few bars which served food a few minutes walk from the Hotel. The breakfast was a choice of hot and cold food and was served at the rear facing the gardens, A fine Hotel.

Overnight stay in Bagnoles

The Building, the bed, the parking & the beautiful view onto the garden.

We arrived just afteŕ 8 and were only able to have dinner if we were ready within 15mns having travelled for 8 hours..We noticed other guests were in the same in the position(they came to eat in the café we were eating in) Couldn't access wifi as code only available from reception and closed when we returned to our room, this was really inconvenient.

Peaceful location with spacious parking, carpet in room instead of hardwood floor, great shower, comfortable bed, lovely staff and delicious breakfast. The garden is beautiful too. Everything was just fine. Thank you!

Absolut empfehlenswert, gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis

Freundliches Personal, effiziente Kommunikation, tiptop sauberes Zimmer, bequeme grosse Betten. Nicht allzu stark befahrene Strasse (Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag). Zentrum zu Fuss in knapp 20 Minuten erreichbar, es hätte dort aber auch genügend Parkplätze gehabt. Frühstück muss nicht zwingend mitgebucht werden (wir haben keines genommen und können das Buffet daher nicht beurteilen. Parkplatz inbegriffen.

Ein leicht muffiger Geruch, war aber nicht tragisch. Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig i.O., vorallem angesicht des Preises.

Teleurstellend. Niemand bij ontvangst

Er was na 15.00 uur niemand bij de receptie. Hetnummer dat op de deur geplakt stand was een antwoordapparaat waar ik gevraagd werd een mail te sturen. Gedaan. Nooit antwoord op gehad. Omdat ik gezien had dat er in de straat nog een Brit Hotel was, die gebeld. "Receptionist is misschien iets te laat." Was voor ons een onacceptabel antwoord. Er is toen iemand van het andere hotel gekomen en hadden we eindelijk onze kamer. Deze jongedame was zeer behulpzaam. Ook in de ochtend was er niemand bij de receptie. De dame die voor het ontbijt zorgde wist feitelijk nergens van en presenteerde ons de rekening van een andere kamer. Onze rekening was vooraf betaald. BALEN !
