Expectations were high because of the reputation of the hotel but we were left disappointed.

Location was great. Stunning views. Breakfast was really good.

Room was very cold on arrival. We weren't offered any options of room type so bedding situation didn't suit us. Room was very dated as was bathroom with no mixer taps. bottom of bathroom door was badly marked (an easy repair job). Our dinner was only ok. We had to move tables because our table was wobbling. The meat wasn't fully cooked but they did comp our drinks and apologized.

Beds comfortable No outside noise or noise from other rooms always a plus Coffee machine with a good selection of coffee Fresh water piped from their own well available on every floor so you could fill up your own water bottle Breakfast was very good with a good selection Had dinner in hotel one night also very good and a good selctionnof wine. The communal seating areas in the hotel were very comfortable with stunning views Spa treatments were very good

Room we stayed in was quite dated and really needed a good clean Shower head full of limescale and not so powerful Booked a triple room - 1st room was extremely small and in fairness to reception staff they moved us to a bigger room with same layout Spa is dated and again needed a good clean, towels were old. Treatment rooms again needed a good clean which was disappointing as it took away from the overall Spa experience

Not good value but a fabulous hotel:

The bar was fab and Frank the singer was good. The area by the fire was relaxing and quiet and perfect.

The pool needs to be upgraded with the rooms. The lady as reception was a bit sharp this morning, we only looked for a news paper! But the lady at the reception when we checked I was polite and courteous!

The room was beautifully furnished and looking right out to the water! Lovely bath and linens - comfy bed. Many services we did not have time to sample. My daughter enjoyed the pool where you can actually swim laps! Fantastic art all over the hotel. Great breakfast included.

The only regret was not having more time to enjoy the spa and outdoor hot tub! Wished I’d booked more than one night!

Great view from the hotel, quick and easy access to the town, friendly staff, good eating options with breakfast included in the price of the room and comfortable, nice sunny rooms.

Easy access to dingle, beautiful views but very overpriced

We found the hotel to be overpriced and the room very small for the three of us. The children’s room was extremely untidy and uncared for (we ended up not using it) the pool was nice and staff extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, value for money wasn’t there.

It’s a lovely location but the hotel needs a makeover and it’s very overpriced.

A very nice hotel with great views of Dingle Harbour and easy walk to downtown Dingle.

We stayed in the new rooms with very nice accommodations. The Staff was wonderful. Hotel and surrounding were very clean and you have a great view of Dingle Harbour.

We could not find the switch to turn on the towel radiator for drying clothes. The daily cost of the very high for the room, but it was in the high season.

The friendliness of the staff. So kind trying to cancel a double booking I had made by accident! The quality of food at breakfast. The really comfy beds! The access to fresh water on each level. The outdoor hot tub 😍

The check in process was great and the reception staff were very helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located in Dingle. We loved the breakfast options and the breakfast area has a nice view of the water.
