Our stay was perfect. The distance was perfect from our cheer competition as well as to the parks and Disney Springs. There is a walmart and several other stores and restaurants close by. The kids loved the pool as well as the pond. We contacted the host a couple of times and communication was great and almost instant. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again ourselves.

Property was decent but tired. It would be much better with a modest investment. Biggest issue is that the pool is a salt water pool: it was not meant to be and was told repeatedly it was not a salt water pool but it was. It really detracted from the trip as we stopped using the pool about half way through the trip because is was so bad. Management company were excellent and tried to solve the problems quickly but to no avail. Potential is great but sadly disappointed compared to other properties we have stayed at in Florida.
