About this apartment rental
Just 10 mins away from Hood River, this modern condo, boasts a spectacular view of the Columbia River Gorge. Enjoy a comfortable contemporary lodging surrounded by some of the Oregon’s highest mountain peaks with a short drive to a great variety of orchards and wineries. Its perfect for those wanting a getaway from the city life and enjoy a nice & cozy place to relax. The easy access to the mountains and rivers allows to enjoy hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, surfing & kiteboarding etc.
The space:
Its a 772 sq ft one bedroom apartment on the GROUND LEVEL. The spacious flat is entirely available to the guest. Includes a modern kitchen with granite counter tops, bamboo hardwood floor and a private patio with a direct view of the Columbia river gorge. The bathroom is equipped with an advance bidet toilet seat and has basic toiletries. Comfortable heating/cooling with two remote controlled A/C units and electric wall heating system. There is a 55 inch Roku Powered Smart TV to use Netflix, prime video or other streaming services.
Guest access:
The entire apartment is available to the guest.
Other things to note:
- No Pets
-An emergency contact form is required by our HOA & will be provided before arrival.
- The apartment is not child-proof. Parental discretion is advised if staying with infants/toddlers.
- The gym and the pool area is controlled by the HOA so host has no control over availability. A waiver is needed to use the community facilities.
- The railroad and I-84 are close by the complex. As a result there may be some noise and vibration occasionally if you are in the living room. However, most guests actually enjoy viewing the trains. The bedroom is away from the tracks and ear plugs are available, just in case.

Stunning location with a wonderful view of the Gorge. Amazing amenities and very quiet neighborhood. Host is very responsive and extremely nice. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Perfect spot to visit the Columbia River area. The condo was clean, comfortable and had a fantastic view. The trains do pass close by, but we found them interesting to watch. They are barely noticeable from the bed room. An added perk is the condo is a short walk from the Moiser Creek Falls.

This was an absolutely amazing experience!! The view and the convenience of the location was hard to beat! I think it’s even prettier in person than in the pictures !! We would definitely stay here again! Shama was very accommodating and responsive- the place is well stocked with essentials !!
