We were down for a baseball tournament in Rosenberg. The house was clean and the neighborhood was nice. We had no complaints with the stay and the house was exactly as described.

We really loved the property-It was spacious, clean and we had all what we needed. We were really happy with our overall experience.
Some remarks and room for improvement:
The Beddings were a little less luxurious, old and consumed. A supervisor should inspect and refresh stuff.
They mowed the yard when we were leaving.

The home was spacious and easy to locate. The kitchen and bathrooms were sparsely stocked - really just bare minimums. For example, soap bottles were nearing the bottom of the bottle, kitchen utensils were sporadic and things like hot pads were no where to be found. Many of the lamps in the home were broken or placed where there was no outlet. Multiple blinds in the home were broken, in fact one fell off the door To the porch when closed. The biggest issue was that everything was dirty! It was a real turn off when we arrived, tired from a 10 hour drive and just ready to relax. Thankfully we had cleaner and extra linens with us so we were able to tidy up a bit before settling in for the night. We cleaned as we left and definitely left it smelling better than when we arrived.
