Apartment is very spacious and have everything you need. Very comfortable.
Very good location next to tram and bus stations, taxi place. We went to Athens for Acropolis and to Piraeus for island without no problem.
Next to Flisvos Marina with nice restaurantes, best marina views and etc.
5 min away is supermarket.
For athen beaches we took tram to Edem.
Its too hard to think about it. Really nothing

We loved everything. The lady on arrival was lovely and charming. The area was great with an excellent fish restaurant and everything you need nearby including a Lidl. Easy transfer into the city and to the beach.
Nothing. We're city people. The property is on a main road o can be noisy if you leave the window open but when closed no noise at all.

Location close to Flisvos marina is really nice. Buses and tram runs along the main street front of the building.
Traffic noice is sometimes quite heavy
