Loved the location. Two bus stops a 2–4 minute walk away made getting around very convenient. Just a 10 minute walk and you're on the cable car at Signalbahn and a couple minutes in the other directions, and a couple minutes in the other direction you’re at the lake. Ristorante Riccardo’s next door to the condo was excellent.
No outlet in the bathroom and no mirror to use to get ready outside of it (aside from one high mirror in the kitchen that I wasn’t tall enough to use). This wouldn’t have been an issue at all if I were just enjoying the slopes, but since this was a work trip, it made getting ready difficult. This isn’t something the owners can control, but it’s worth knowing that the walls are thin, and I could clearly hear talking and snoring from next door. During the weekend of my stay, noise from other neighbors enjoying their evening also carried. I had good earplugs and could still hear everything, which affected my sleep. Nevertheless, the earplugs helped, so I’d recommend bringing them along just in case you experience the same.

Top Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, sauber und schön eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht
Ikea Küche hatte einige Macken (Herdplatte gesperrt, Backofen heizt nicht obwohl alles eingestellt etc) aber dank Internet alles gut lösbar

- Kühlschranktüre, die sofort zuging, wenn man die Einkäufe einsortieren wollte
- ein Küchenmesser, das an der Magnethalterung hing, war verschmutzt
- Küchenspüle mit Verschluss im Wasser, eine Fernbedienung oder ein Rohrstöpsel wäre besser
