Skala Villa Yellow is located in Skala, Kefalonia. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps

The villa is built over 2 floors with a sunny pool terrace with sea
views terrace at the front: The ground floor (pool level) offers a
spacious open plan kitchen and dining area with a flat screen TV and
patio doors leading out to the poolside balcony. On this level is the
master bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio doors leading out to
the balcony. Another family bathroom is on the ground level. Internal
staircase leads up to the 2nd floor with one double bedroom and one
twin bedroom. Twin bedroom has en suite shower room and the double
bedroom is next to a family bathroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors
leading out to the sea facing balcony. On this level is the living room
with two single sofa beds and patio doors to the balcony.
Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors
to the pool terrace with Sea views.
Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom

years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

We had a great time and for us on our third visit theres still so much to explore. We hadnt realised how much Kefalonia closes down in October but that was fine as it forced us to find out where residents shop and eat out. Fewer visitors was a real bonus!

Pros: lovely swimming pool, well maintained. We loved it. Nice property, cleaning prompt and thorough. Beds were comfortable, though ants seemed to enjoy one of the beds. Excellent air-con. Lots of parking and enough space from neighbouring properties. Beautiful views! Quiet neighbourhood generally, though busy main road, due to the islands infrastructure, there’s no getting around that. Lots of restaurants and shops a short drive away. Beautiful numerous beaches with lots of space.
Cons: kitchen equipment lacking and basics not included so remember to bring / buy. Items like: film / foil / salt / pepper / sugar. Though I realise ants are a problem and this might not be included for that reason, it could be kept in the fridge. Also, dishwasher / washing machine tablets are rationed, so you’ll have to plan doing those, unless you wish to buy yourself more.
Cooker door didn’t quite close but engineers visited and a part had been ordered but hadn’t been fitted whilst we stayed.
Couple of the lights didn’t seem to work, we didn’t find that a problem, more of an annoyance.

lovely villa for a 10 day break. We could walk daily to a lovely small cove to swim. Using a hire car we explored the rest of Kefalonia
