Big room , big bed good air conditioner , breakfast staff were very accommodating

Lady at front counter, told her about tv not working 3 times and still did nothing to resolve it , pool looks neglected and building tired

Not great compared to everywhere else we stayed. Also stayed in days inn in Patong and couldn’t fault it.

Didn’t like much to be honest.

Bought superior sea view room, which was completely covered by trees. No sea view whatsoever. Pool was very dirty also, no1 around pool probably for same reasons.

Extremely noisy from hotel next door till 2am.Pool unclean /broken loungers/brolleys and pool tiles.. stale food left in fridge from previous occupants. Checked out day early due to conditions.

It’s quite noisy due to the beach club next door and our room placement wasn’t the best for the noise as it doesn’t stop until 2am and starts again at 10am

We had a corner balcony/terrace-there was construction happening next door, inhibited our view. Noise from construction and Bamboo Var was very loud. We had an issue with our tv, which numerous people tried to fix-didn’t happen!

The property is in a terrible state, the room had an awful smell to it constantly The pool and pool area are unfit for use and dangerous The sun lounges are all sun damaged and falling apart The pool had broken tiles throughout There is no bar area open to purchase beverages and food

Theft ruins holidays and trumps hope.

Aoh and her direct subordinate were polite, if not helpful.

Theft. Sadly, I had money stolen from my room on my first day at the hotel and that ruined my entire experience. Details: - I had only just checked in, so there was no need for anyone to enter my room while I was out. - I put 9,000 baht in my bag before I went out and was gone for less than an hour, only to find 4,000 baht missing when I returned…which indicates it was a cleaner or other staff. - I informed the receptionist immediately and she initially lied to my face by saying no one had been to the room. - After repeat requests for the CCTV footage (as they were 3 cameras on my floor), I was told none of them worked. - I was told to visit the Police Station out of town to file a report, and have them take finger prints, but didn’t see how this would return my money. - Aoh helpfully had the Police come to the hotel but they explained there was little they could do. - I was offered a couple of taxis and breakfasts as a gesture of goodwill, but that was obviously far from equivalent to 4,000 baht compensation. - I was asked to sign something upon check out that said they “hope” I don’t leave a bad review, but I think the fairness to alert potential customers trumps that hope.

Disappointed, but what can you expect from a Days Inn?

The rooms were comfortable, lots of potential if management would speak with neighbors to reduce noise and clean up the amenities.

The location is absolutely horrible!!!! This should be made clear to potential visitors. We were in the “quietest” room according to the staff and we could not sleep due to the bars/clubs on both sides of the hotel blasting covers of American songs. The pool was full of leaves and bugs also.

The room was excellent, the balcony had views over the ocean, the layout of the room was really good and the bed was very comfortable.All the staff were very polite and helpful.

The building itself was starting to look a bit tiered and could do with some loving care and attention.

Loved the staff and location, not too noisy... room spray a little much.

We loved the size of the room and how much storage there was to unpack, loved our little patio and that the beach was just steps away. Staff was all very pleasant.

The room spray that the cleaning people used was so strong, we often had to open the door to ventilate the room which then allowed the mosquitos in. Also the bed/beds were not very comfortable since our large be was actually two beds pushed together, it created a hard spot in the center.

Great location, staff was great, comfortable bed

Too loud, everything was loud. Some machines in the balcony making lots of noise, the air on was super super loud and would only work with the fan at maximum. You couldn’t sleep without it because of the heat, you couldn’t sleep with it because of all the noise and how strong it was. You even receive earplugs in the room😂 they don’t help though. Window was broken so with the wind it would constantly move making noise. Balcony window door would not close completely and would not lock.

Location was good, but not for light sleeper. U can hear music from nearby nightspot but not that bad.

Very odd and old looking lobby (need renovation very very badly) Lobby and front office ppl are the most important. These are the 2 main things we face when we reach our accommodation. Parking is bad for those driving. 3 to max 4 cars need to park front back position. Not easy to reserve or park back if u are the 1st one to leave.

Highly encouraged as its cheap. Lift service. Best location with balcony of sea view. Walking distance to beach (I was there with my mom. Shes very old but still managed to walk up to the beach area as it was damn close). Surrounded with many shops, 7-11, pharmacy, restaurants and etc with affordable price. Easily accessible by vehicles. Good house keeping.

The songs from nearby restaurants can be abit noisy but nothing to worry as the hotel provide ear plug which was comfortable to use.
