הגענו למלון לחגוג יום הולדת. כאשר הגענו הצוות היה ממש נחמד וקיבלנו שדרוג לחדר דלוקס ללא תשלום נוסף.
הארוחת בוקר היית ממש טובה והמיקום סה״כ היה לא רע. הגענו משישי עד ראשון אז לא היה אוטובוסים או משהו ולכן התניידנו ברכב, אבל יש במלון חניון (50 שקל ליום).
לצערי יש רק 2 דברים שפחות אהבתי. מאוד רצינו להגיע ולהיות בבריכה ובכוונה חיפשתי בית מלון עם בריכה, אבל לצערי המלון לא היה בתפוסה מלאה, אך לא היה מקום בבריכה לשבת בכלל. אין מספיק מיטות בשביל מלון בגודל כזה. בנוסף המים היו נראים עכורים... אולי זה רק היה נראה כך, לא יודעת כי לא נכנסנו בסוף.
הדבר הנוסף שנורא הפריע לי, החלון שלנו פנה לכיוון הכביש והיינו בקומה 5, אבל האטימות של החלונות לא היה חזק מדי ושמענו כל הלילה את כל הרעש והצחוקים מהחנויות שעבדו בערב שישי ומהבר אני חושבת שהיה למטה. שומעים ממש טוב... זה הקשה על שינה בלילה.

I would like to compliment the Hotel on the new management. The hotel is much cleaner, attention was paid to detail. I had a wonderful stay.

Good location in the center of Ramat Gan, has its own parking, good breakfast.
The parking is not free, I requested to pack the breakfast for my wife who wasn't feeling well and they refused.
