Relaxing stay, will be back again

The resort itself is stunning, set in a beautiful and peaceful location on Dubrovnik coast. The setting is breathking with manicired grounds. The proximity to the sea is amazing, inviting you to swimming and staying on the beach. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy Dubrovnik as its most serene. It is also convenient to go on excursions from here. Loved our spacious suite with dreamy sea view. The suite has everything for a longer stay. Host was great and very helpful.

We had a relaxed stay with very good weather considering our October visit.

Great location. Wonderful views. Plenty of space and sleeping options. Good kitchen facilities. Plenty of hot water, just needed to wait for it to come through due to sola panel heating system. We hired a car so was able to access beaches in the area and shop at a great supermarket a drive away.

Not much. There is a contradiction in the recognised need to conserve water and having to run water for a time to access hot water.

The distance to the ocean, the staff that came in to clean up. There was no bad surprises when w entered. I was very satisfied with everything that this place had to offer.

There wasn’t any bug proof windows, we opened the window once and the amount of mosquitos that came in ruined our stay inside the property

The location of the property was really great

We were dissapointed about the apartment because of the belows - the three room apartment is on the roof top and does not have enough Windows in each room. Most of the rooms are really dark - the sea view from the terrace is only visible from the front not from all places - the price for this apartment is too high when compared to the others in the property given that they have the sun and better view - one of the coaches in the dinning room was broken - there was a bad small coming from the bathrooms that we couldn’t get rid off

The apartment was very nice and cleaned. The host, Ljubica was very helpful and prompt for any requests. The apartment was serviced every day. The sheets and towels were changed daily. When we left my daughter forgot her iPad. Irina, from the management helped us to get the iPad shipped to us. That was amazing!!!

Beautiful area corner of the world

Amazing location, right by the water! If you want to stay away from tourist areas and simply relax by the water, this is the place for you. We were lucky to have this beautiful apartment. The sea is right in front of the door. There is a private waterfront area as a beach for guests of the apartments. The setting was idyllic and the apartment was very clean, tidy and complete with all the usual facilities. Ljubica was very friendly and welcoming. Dubrovnik Old Town is just 30 min drive away. We will come back for sure :)

One AC-unit was not functioning properly. Ants in the kitchen. Kitchen did not include everything from the website (toaster).

House that needs to be renovated in a beautiful location.

Amazing Location with beautiful views.

This house needs a renovation. It’s rundown, inside and outside. Pieces of tiles around the shore are missing or broken and others exposed where they aren’t suppose to be. Very dangerous. Bathrooms have a bad smell.

Nice Place, staff working hard but Boss has to Invest

The woman which managed all Appartmetns and clean also very professionell. She do every efforts to satisfy his customers. She do a really good job and i hope management of Appartments will value this and not only cash in the dash

the shower door was broken and there was only a curtain The shower down by the sea after you got out of the water didn't work it was very hot and there wasn't a decent umbrella available on the balcony The top floor apartment is a bit older and unfortunately does not fit into the pre performance ratio

Superb

Location is🔝. Nice accommodation. If you want peace an rest you should definitely come here. We were greeted by Ljubica, very pleasnt and hosiptable lady. She kept everything clean and was at our disposition all day. 5 min from the villa is a bus station , you can catch a bus that takes you to Dubrovnik , only 30 min away.

Owner should invest in kitchen utensils. Shade for cars would be a big plus.

Perfect!

Everything about Beach Villa Ratac was perfect! The views are stunning, the hosts couldn’t be any more helpful. We stayed as a large group of 16 over two apartments. The hosts helped us to organise transport to and from Dubrovnik which helped to make the entire stay so easy! They even organised a stop off at the supermarket on route! Perfect stay in a beautiful country!

Don’t be fooled by the lovely pictures! (not the positive comments)

Not much! The beds we’re comfortable, as were the pillows. The on-site cleaning lady was friendly & helpful.

1. The first night water came in from the roof & the wall above the bed, absolutely drenching the bed in the 2nd room (we were 2 couples). 2. Unlike all other apartments we’ve used in the past 4 weeks of holidays, no coffee, tea, sugar, oil, toiletries or bottled water. 3. Basic kitchen utensils missing: bread knife, no plug for the sink. Everything from a ‘thrift store’ - nothing matched (Cutlery, plates, etc). We borrowed one from the cleaner. 4. The advertised washing machine was not connected (they have water-shortage issues). The cleaner did offer to do our washing (I accepted her offer). 5. Neither TV worked in either bedroom. 6. After the water fiasco on the 1st night, we were moved to another apartment. we needed to ‘borrow’ things from the 1st apartment (knives& toaster). 7. In the second apartment the (only) toilet cistern was leaking & couldn’t be flushed. We had to use one of the toilets in the 1st apartment (including in the middle of the night).

Dreamy days in Dubrovnik

The view was incredible from the clean, modern and comfortable apartment. It had everything you needed. The owner was really nice. The location was very close to the water with great swimming, snorkeling exploring oppotunities. Overall a very pleasant experience for a relaxing holiday!

Apartment with sea at the doorstep.

The Apartment is with sea on the doorstep. . The lady who handed over the keys while check-in was very helpful. Air conditioner in the room is good!.

1. Too many steps to reach the apartment (it was not mentioned in the booking.com that the location has too many steps). 2. The apartment is difficult to locate. The zipcode provided in the booking.com is incorrect!.the GPS and Google map don't recognise it. 3) the location is poorly identifiable and the door number 55 was nowhere mentioned!. As the entrance of the apartment is at a very busy/dangerous road, atleasr the name of the apartment should be clearly made visible. 4) any messages sent to the hotel is not responded. 5) the hotel doest not have any reception in the premises and the number provided goes to the sales office and most of the time, the person attending the phone is not responsive. I asked for an ironbox and it never arrived. 6) I saw few centipede (insects) and cob webs in the room.

Ideal getaway

The ideal geteway for when you need to relax. I really enjoyed the private beach, very quiet, great atmosphere, was not too crowded. Our apartment was comfortable and clean with awesome views. The welcome lady was very polite and helpful.

A fantastic experience, We would highly recommend a stay if your looking for a chill out space.

Superb facility with an exceptionally good room. The views were magnificent - total chill-out space. The hospitality from our hosts was excellent. All questions were answered fully. Delighted we chose this location - ideal for a bit of peace of quiet. Somewhat spoilt by having the facility to ourselves. We are already thinking about booking it again! We would recommend your own transport as taxis and buses are available but buses only run every 2 hours approximately.

Minor issue with the hot water supply - it took some time to flow due to solar panels not being charged but this was weather-related rather than a mechanical issue, a Small improvement suggested would be to have additional extension leads in the kitchen - we had to use the toaster on the floor - nothing major but a lack of sockets for such items.

The location and the view are spectacular

Fantastic stay. Charming place with fantastic views. The location is in a peaceful part, directly on the beach, that feels much more authentic. Luka helped us during our late arrival and made sure we were well acquainted with the area. Having parking on the territory of the villa was a godsent. Excellent location to visit Dubrovnik and Ston. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything you need to feel comfortable. We definitely enjoyed spending time on the terrace just couple steps from the sea. We definitely recommend everyone to come enjoy this place and we'd love to repeat it one day.

This villa is wonderful for relaxing a relaxing family holiday

The apartment has everything you need and the beach is great. We have several AC and well equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. It’s nice to have a private sunny terrace, which was our favourite place. The views of the sea and the opposite island are spectacular. The host Luka was approachable and very helpful and he couldn’t do enough for us. The town Slano is great for water sports and bars/restaurants but the beach is better on the villa. We will be back.

the villa is located in a nice place, with lots of greenery around, the sea is just there - a concrete pontoon, not the pebble beach, for water jumpers - we use to go to a small nice beach closed to location - 3 km

no mosquito nets on the windows (there is an electrical appliance in each bedroom) - the air conditioning could not be set (in the big bedroom it works on very cold level, in the small bedroom works just as warm wind), - the bathroom walls with traces of flood chairs with very dirty upholstery, - cleaning six marks

Fantastisk utsikt, stor härlig terrass med solstolar. Direkt ansluten för att ta ett dopp i havet. Matbord och grill utanför dörren. Stor kyl och frys så att man kunde inhandla mat för veckan. Suppar att hyra/låna av vården

Väldigt hårda sängar. En pump som ständigt lät väldigt högt. Lyhört. Fick två barnfamiljer i lgh över oss sista dagarna och det lät väldigt mycket ner till oss tyvärr
