The room upgrade was awesome!!!
The geyser was cold but they fixed.
The meat variety was limited at Carnivore but maybe because we arrived late.

The porter Nkosinathi was extremely helpful with our luggage. He also ferried us up and down between Carnivore and our room. I know this is his job, but he went beyond his job. His friendliness was so amazing, and made us feel welcome.
The breakfast was a major let down. No buffet, as we normally would expect. It was absolutely a bad way to end off the overnight stay. Management must please have a look at improving the breakfasts, if not served as buffet. The staff in the restaurant was amazing, only the food itself was a let down.
