it was good for family time together

the location of the property was poor on mobile network. so it should have internet Wi-Fi provide. also the outside light should be installed because when I arrive at night time it really hard to find this property.

Linen and towels were provided which removed the hassle. The availability of a washing machine and dryer was very helpful as part of the snow experience with kids to clean and dry all the clothes that got wet. (You may benefit from advertising the dryer as this was a criteria when I was looking for a place to stay). The place was warm, family friendly and clean. Good range of mordern board/card games/books available for families with young children to stay entertained in the evenings.

The two leather chairs at the dining table were deteriorating, causing a bit of a mess when used with the pieces of fabric falling off. Another lounge (or L-shaped lounge) may be required to make the lounge room able to accommodate 10 people. The current lounge room really only sat 7-8 people. Some side tables in this area would be great. Also, please provide instructions regarding exact location as Google Maps pointed to a very similar looking property on the corner when this place was further down the road.

Great sized bedrooms and comfy beds. Lovely garden.

Couches were worn and uncomfortable with bits of leather? coming off everywhere. Dishwasher didnt clean or work properly and toaster burnt everything even with low setting. A hole in backyard grass which a family member fell in and sprained ankle
