About this house rental
3-level cabin sits on a hillside overlooking Tollhouse Road, directly across from the Hungry Hut in the village of Shaver Lake. 2,200 square feet equipped to suit the needs of your family and large enough to host multiple families.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Bedroom #1 - King size bed
Bedroom #2 - King size bed
Bedroom #3 - 2 full size beds
Bedroom #4 - Queen size bed
Bedroom #5 - Kids sleeping loft with 4 twin size beds
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, but if you don't want to cook there are multiple restaurants within walking distance.
If visiting during the summer season please be advised that this property does not have A/C.
If visiting during the winter season please be prepared. There will be signs posted stating that snow chains must be carried at all times (even for 4-wheel drive vehicles). If you don't have chains you could be turned away by the Highway Patrol.
The driveway is extremely steep and during the winter it will be icy. You may not make it up without 4-wheel drive or chains. There is parking off the street and you can walk up stairs to get to the cabin.
Property is located in a mountain location and will receive snow during the winter months. It is possible during and/or after major storms access to Shaver Lake could be limited or restricted. If this effects your reservation please contact us and we are willing to work with you.
BBQ grill may not be accessible in winter months as the deck may have too much snow.
The TV has streaming apps through ROKU and will be in Guest Mode. You can login to any TV services you subscribe to ie. Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, etc.

This house was perfect for our family reunion. There were 16 of us including small children and three babies and we fit comfortably. Three of the four bedrooms are pretty big with plenty of floor space. The fourth was just a normal size but still nice! There are no pack and plays provided for babies so we had to haul our own. We do like to cook mostly, rather than eat out, and other than the kitchen cabinets being very dated (new countertops though) we had most everything we needed in them. The cabin was very clean and had lots of extra blankets and pillows. Plenty of fans in each room kept it nice and cool for sleeping. There are built-in shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers in each shower but they weren’t filled. No big deal. Plenty of towels both for bathing and for the lake. Some sand toys available. Washer and dryer are fairly new and worked great! The location was great. Just across the street from the best burgers and shakes! We love Hungry Hut. About 10 minutes from the Marina but only about five minutes to Bikini Cove with lots of beach area, depending on the water level. We loved our stay and we would definitely stay here again!

This cabin was situated perfectly for our family. Tons of parking which was nice. We spent a lot of time out on the deck throughout the weekend. Beds were comfortable with lots of room in each bedroom. It was a bit warm so we kept the fans going at night but we were never uncomfortable! Our host was very welcoming & easy to communicate with. I would give this house a double thumbs up!!!

We had a great time. Perfect house for a big family! Loved being right in town. So much snow to play in! We will definitely stay here again.
