Lokalizacja, wnętrze proste lekkie ale funkcjonalne, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, zjawiskowe sterowanie światłem.
Niewygodna kanapa, ciepło sterowane odgórnie, każdy posiada inne standardy komfortu cieplnego, było nieco chłodno.

Przyjemny apartament z zachwycającym widokiem. Cisza, spokój. Spacerkiem mozna dojść na chybotek i złoty widok. Z dala od centrum Szklarskiej Poręby. Miejsce parkingowe przy budynku. Duży balkon, prywatność. Stosunek jakości do ceny bardzo dobry.
Trochę utrudniony dojazd bo droga w budowie. Do centrum Szklarskiej Poręby jest niemały kawałek, jakieś 10 min autem. Nam to nie przeszkadzało ale należy wziąć to pod uwagę.

Cisza, bezpieczna dla spokoju odległości od centrum, komfortowe wnętrze, schody idealne do ćwiczeń, wygodne łóżko, piękny widok z okien i tarasu, brak sąsiadów za ścianą, obsługa Pana Dawida i Pani Kasi, goście „na poziomie” przestrzegający ciszy nocnej.
