Great host; my go to accommodation when in Waltham Abbey & surrounding areas. House easy to find, plenty of parking, quiet area with amenities 0.5 mile away.

Location to where I was going
The cleanliness, furnishings very shabby lights not working on stairs . If anyone was sleeping in the bunk beds they couldn’t get into them as the ladder was up against wall, just an old piece of material hung up the window . Curtains in main bedroom all creased as was the top sheet on bed . All furnishings covered in gold foil which was all ripped off and peeling, miss matched lampshades and lots of lights not working . No tea towel in kitchen or kitchen roll to wipe up crockery after use .
