Parties are not allowed in the house. Groups of guests under 30 years old are not permitted.

This 400 m² villa features a cozy living-dining room with large sofas, a fully equipped rustic kitchen with an additional dining area, 6 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds, 90x200 cm), and 6 bathrooms (4 are modern en-suite bathrooms). Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, fans, fireplace, board games, and cable TV. The highlight is the 110 m² infinity pool, offering direct views of the wooded hills nearby. Relax on the pool loungers or enjoy a delicious meal with your family at the long table under the terrace pergola. The lounge area is perfect for unwinding, having a snack or a glass of wine in the peaceful countryside, and enjoying an unforgettable holiday. Llucmajor is only 5.8 km away, about a 12-minute drive, with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafés. Pros: Der Infinity-Pool ist unglaublich schön, durch die Lage der Finca ist man ganz für sich alleine. An den Pool direkt angrenzend ist eine chillige Lounge, zwei Tische mit Stühlen sowie ein Kühlschrank. Zu betonen sind noch die gemütlichen Betten mit den wundervollen Kissen!
Cons: Die Bäder müssten mal erneuert werden, der Wasserdruck in den Duschen lässt zu Wünschen übrig :-)
Wir waren zu fünf da, bei mehreren Personen müsste das Geschirr ergänzt werden.
