The EcoMare building was designed by renowned architect Ruy Ohtake. It features a barbecue grill on the apartment’s balcony, excellent common areas, and a very beautiful gourmet space.
The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. It’s located 150 meters from the beach, in Module 2. The street is very quiet, across from the Ilha da Madeira resort, which has a restaurant and café open to non-guests.
Guests can use all the building’s amenities, such as the swimming pools, fitness center, sauna, common areas, and 2 parking spaces in the garage.
The Gourmet Space is fully equipped (beer tap, stove, grill, pizza oven, TV, home theater, etc.), but there is a separate rental fee.
