The place was clean and nice. Really enjoyed the stay, very quiet and a solid 5 stars for the unit. I didn’t interact with the rental staff. There was a ton of bear poop in the front yard.

We stayed at the condo for the ACC tournament which was easily accessible by boat. The condo was clean and as advertised. Did not have A/C which we knew about going into the stay but were not prepared on how hot the condo would get during the afternoon (especially the loft). There were 3 TV controls for one TV which was frustrating, but we figured it out. Private beach and pier was nice and we enjoyed the fire pits. Communication with property management company was outstanding.

The unit was charming, fully stocked with anything and everything necessary, clean, and extremely comfortable. The proximity to the lake and the pools was fantastic. Heavenly Villiage is just a short walk away. This allowed access to all of the shops and great restaurants in minutes. Excellent Unit!
