You'll be able to wander out onto the balcony, which enjoys glimpses of the ocean and is equipped with an outdoor lounge suite, outdoor dining table, and plenty of sunshine. Downstairs, there is an additional sheltered outdoor dining area and BBQ. Pour yourself a cold drink, grab your book, and put your feet up wherever feels right!
The main interior living area is on the top floor with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and comfy lounge area. But if you need a little more room, maybe for the kids to spread out at the end of the day, the ground floor has an additional living space to settle into.
Comfortably sleeping up to ten guests, this property features three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and the remaining two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs.
Leave the car at home and make the most of this location; three-minutes to the beach for sandy beach days cooling off in the ocean, or three-minutes to the local shop, two restaurants, a cafe, the must-have takeaways, and a liquor store.
Cooks Beach is a good base to explore the region, with Ferry Landing two-minutes away, and only 15-minutes drive to Hahei, and the start of the famous Cathedral Cove walk. The bustling Coromandel hub of Whitianga is also only a 20-minute drive away.

Great house for a relaxed weekend away with friends. Nice sunny deck with comfortable outdoor furniture & views of water. Good upstairs/downstairs separation. Perfect for 2 families also.
Easy walk to local shops & to beach.
So good to have linen included too.

Great location good sized property, Unfortunately the property was let down by basic stuff not working ie TV BBQ no gas and dirty, many light bulbs out no hand soap in bathrooms and simple things like the clock battery needing to be renewed lawn were quite unkept. We had 8 people that had come from the south island for a family wedding so had wanted everything perfect. I noted the previous visitor had also had similar issues so that was disappointing to think the feedback had not been taken onboard.
