Welcome to Pools of the Kai! Pools #6 is one of the nicest 2-bedroom, 2-bath homes in this beachfront oasis.
The condo has been fully renovated and redecorated down to the tile around the enclosed pool and both en-suites. New furniture, finishes, granite countertops, and modern kitchen appliances give Pools #6 a sophisticated feel.
The living area features sliding glass doors that open to a screened pool atrium, complete with patio furniture and loungers. Soak in your own private pool and enjoy the stunning water views from the comfort of your home away from home. Optional pool heat is available year-round for a $25 daily surcharge.
For work-from-home professionals, the home's upgraded fiber internet connection can handle multiple users and streaming devices at once. Work or learn remotely from one of the Caribbean's safest destinations.
**Sleeping Arrangements**
(Sleeps 4 guests total)
-- Bedroom 1: lower-level, water views, two twin beds, cable television, walkout access to the pool deck, ensuite with shower; twin beds can be fitted into a king bed upon request before arrival.

All villas are cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
***Beach Notes***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised that the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The beach next door is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.
***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum has increased in frequency in the summer months. The property was lovely and we had a great overall experience. Personally, I think a slightly shorter stay (around 4 days) might be ideal, as it gives you the chance to explore more of the island—5 days in one spot (the current minimum) can feel like a bit much.If you’re someone who loves lounging in the sun, the indoor screen by the pool may not be your favorite feature, but it’s definitely a plus not having to worry about bugs. The beds were incredibly comfortable—one of our favorite parts of the stay!Right outside, you’ll spot starfish, which was really special. While it’s not the best area for swimming, it’s beautiful and very relaxing to take in.The property itself is a bit dated and could use some updates, but it still works well for a relaxing getaway. One thing to keep in mind—the Cayman Islands can be quite expensive. We didn’t fully realize that ahead of time, so it caught us off guard.Overall, we’d still rate this stay a 5 out of 5. Communication was excellent, and they were very accommodating—especially heating the pool for us, which our kids absolutely loved!

My husband and I stayed in a one bedroom six years ago and it was fantastic. We loved it so much we wanted to bring our adult children along and rent the two bedroom. It was fantastic also. We love the private pool and the serenity of the area. It's so nice to be able to walk to Kaibo Beach for dinner and drinks. The staff at Grand Cayman Villas and Condos were very friendly and welcoming and made check in a breeze. They offer complimentary items such as kayaks, snorkeling gear, and many more. We did not have any issues during our stay there. We will miss Pools Of The Kai and hope to come back someday!

Absolutely perfect for 2 couples wanting to get away. The pool was amazing and love seeing the water from the pool. It was so quiet. Definitely would stay here again.
I wish there wasn’t seaweed in the water. That would have made this place PERFECT!!

Very clean and kitchen stocked well. Little things needed attention like no light bulbs in rooms, no hot water at all, had to take room temperature showers all week. Holes in the screen lanai so could not enjoy evening with the bugs. Could not adjust air conditioner temps and the beds were very uncomfortable. Unit needs some updating .
