Additionally, it includes a well-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, inviting living area, and a dining room adorned with ample windows, inviting natural light and ocean views. Separated by a breezeway, discover the queen bedroom with its own en suite bath, along with the third bedroom offering 2 twin beds. We loved our time at Cookie on the Rocks and the property managers were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. The house was perfect for what we needed/wanted. Great view of the ocean, clean, and well-stocked kitchen. We'll definitely be returning.

Same as every year: I see no reason there can't be lounges to use at a not-inexpensive beach home. A bit suspicious that new ones arrive after we leave and before the owner comes? We no longer living in Tower. Minnetonka, Mn.

Cookie is on the North End and is a great home and location if you love a quiet and beautiful place. The view is phenomenal overlooking the Atlantic and a short walk to the Sea of Abaco. The kitchen is well equipped and we love the deck and outside space. We reported a light out in one bathroom. It would be nice to replace the grill. Overall, it’s a fabulous rental.
