Giraffe plains

Lord everything about this place. It’s close to everything excellent location. Our host Anton was so hospitable and very helpful. Loved seeing all the animals roaming around. Kruger was a short distance from us. Everything was clean. Bed was comfortable. Kids had an amazing time in the pool.

Cannot fault this place

This is a fantastic property which came recommended from a friend who had stayed a few months earlier. On the first night we saw giraffes on the property as well as mongoose and an impala! Great Location to visit the Kruger Park either self drive or with a guide. The property recommends Irving Knights and again outstanding with 20 years experience in the field. Anton the house keeper, is next door so anything you need to make your stay more comfortable is taken care of. Great nights sleep, fully functioning kitchen, wonderful indoor and outdoor areas and safe and great price. Highly recommend!

Nothing.

Giraffe Plains was exactly what we needed. A very comfortable home, located far enough from the busy main road to have some peace and quiet. The daily visits from the animals are are awesome and the night sky is absolutely breathtaking. And its close enough to the Kruger to easily drive in and out daily.

There was nothing we didnt like

What an excellent stay. We had absolutely everything we needed, and an added bonus was the housekeeper Anton - always ready with a helping hand and a smile 😁 The outside braai & entertainment area was our absolute favourite - even more so when the warthogs, kudu, bushbaby and bushbuck came for a visit! The location was pretty good inside Marloth, close to the Kruger fence (we could hear the hippos singing at night), however ever so slightly further to the Kruger gate. Thank you Roy and Anton!

The upstairs living room-bedroom duo had a bit of a squeaky floor, so careful attention should be given to room allocation.
