About this house rental
A 160-square-meter family home on a 5,000-square-meter terraced lot, located in the hills above Sanary, in the neighborhood known as “Le Lançon” (between Sanary and Ollioules). The house is in a quiet, rural setting. The garden is not fenced. The property is secured by an electric gate.
You’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the entire Sanary Bay, the Île des Embiez, and the Île de Bendor.
A variety of events throughout the year in Sanary and Ollioules, a Provençal market every morning, a large market in Sanary on Wednesday mornings—voted “the most beautiful market in France”— shows at the Théâtre Galli and the Nouveau Casino; year-round tours of the Calanques of Cassis, the Îles des Embiez, Île de Bendor, and Île de Porquerolles; visits to various wineries (including Bandol rosé); the charming and lively Port de Sanary; shopping; flea markets; exhibitions; and a movie theater.
A wide selection of restaurants by the sea and in the pedestrian-only streets, as well as numerous lively cafés, souvenir shops, and fashion boutiques—perfect for strolling and relaxing when the weather is warm
Our house faces due south, and every room offers a magnificent view.
A large terrace, shaded by a canopy and an awning, is perfect for dining with a view of the open sea
To cool off, a 5 x 10 m swimming pool, protected by a fence, and a bocce court on the lower terraced garden, shaded by pine trees,

The house is laid out as follows:
1 master suite with a 160 cm electric bed, en suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, walk-in shower (recently renovated), and toilet.
2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds
1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds
1 large bathroom with a walk-in shower, 2 sinks, and a towel warmer
1 separate toilet
1 large, fully renovated built-in kitchen
1 laundry room (washer, ironing board)
1 large living-dining room, office area, library
1 reversible air conditioner in the entryway serving the master bedroom,
1 air conditioner in the living area,
1 air conditioner in the hallway leading to the 3 other bedrooms

Maison à 10 minutes de la mer en voiture sur les hauteurs de sanary. Très belle vue sur un environnement boisé et très calme! La maison répond parfaitement à nos attentes. Loueur très à l’écoute. Nous reviendrons!
