Good for our short stay at Toluca

Free parking and free wifi. Great location and friendly staff.

Too much noise at night. You can easily hear other rooms and we couldn't get a good sleep because of a midnight singing lesson (?) and people playing LOUD banda music at 4am (???). Food is also expensive for what you get.

Good enough hotel, not in the airport though..

Hotel was clean, nice staff, large rooms

I thought it was an 'airport hotel' and it wasn't - its a 20 min walk to the airport and / or a taxi ride (2 min drive). The hotel can arrange the taxi or you can ask for an uber, but even so.. the taxi prices are high compared to the lenght of the ride

Its an airport hotel and handy for late night flight.

it was handy being so close to the airport, at its only 900m away from the airport, it’s not easy to get too late at night.

The bedding wasn’t clean and the location of the hotel is on a very busy road outside the airport, making it hard to walk to and not very safe so late at night. we enquired about a shuttle but no one got back to us.

A great value stop close to Toluca Airport, as we had an early flight. Location is perfect. Argentinian steak house over the road was okay for dinner.

Restaurant personnel is very nice and breakfast is good! The rooms are clean. The location is very close to the airport.

The ladies at the front / check-in desk could benefit from a " Hospitality "course. They are quite haughty and snappy. We've stayed twice, and both times felt very unwelcome. The area around isn't safe after sunset.

The tv was nice. The bed had a good mattress.

Room not ready at 4 pm. No phone in room Only 2 old and ragged out towels. Had to request a hand towel 3 TIMES. No washcloths! The minuscule toilet's only lightbulb was out. Called front desk about it. Waited 40 min. Called again and after 20 min it was finally changed. A/C is SUPER LOUD! There's nothing "grand" about this hotel. Only amenity is a tiny bottle of shampoo?( no conditioner or body lotion) and a very small soap plus a small bottle of water. Front desk staff was extremely dry and snappy. 2nd time here. Hopefully, the last time!

I requested in my reservation 2 individual queen beds, but when I show up at the hotel they told me that they dont have

What a sparkling clean hotel! What an amazing customer service delivered from each of the employees. This hotel exceeded my expectations, I've stayed in several hotels since 13 years ago and this one was wonderful. The housekeeping team is doing an excellent job keeping the rooms clean. The hotel hallways smells really pleasant. Patricia, Teresa and all the reception staff were very friendly and showing professionals attitude, helpful team!. Breakfast was good as well (I loved the omelette). A pharmacy (crossing the street), 2 gas station and a restaurant within a walking distance. Thank you very much for everything and I would love to stay there again on my next Toluca visit.
