I had booked a couple’s room. I think its original price was far above than the offer price. When i got visit the room for check in, everything went wrong. Very bad and old AC, utter mess toilet with a damaged door which can’t close, Blanket and mattress with complete dust. Not a family friendly option. Only rooms are taking by some youngsters, bachelors. Etc. Total stay were utterly ridiculous. It was my first day in kerala after coming from abroad. Kind request for Agoda, please don’t keep the same photos and wrong rating for the hotel rooms. And also add some options like family friendly stays / couple stays.. like that options in future. Very bad stay i ever had.

Parking space not maintained properly, They are doing some renewation work. Rooms are good
