About this villa rental
Modern, newly built villa Figa I is located in a small village Gostinjac, in the interior of the island of Krk that can accommodate up to 9 people.
The villa has a private pool (7m X 4m), sauna, deck chairs and a sunlit garden with barbecue and terrace which will win you over with luxury and comfort.
The villa of 280 m2 is spread over 2 floors. The ground floor has a kitchen, airy dining room with living room, sauna with bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs, guests have at their disposal 4 bedrooms with double beds with fully equipped bathrooms, one of which has the possibility of an extra bed on the couch.
An external staircase leads to the basement where the laundry is located, which is also at guests' disposal.
The location of the villa is as exceptional as the villa itself, and offers you countless opportunities to explore the island.
You will not make a mistake if you head to the interior of the island of Krk!
It will delight you with hiking and biking trails, many narrow and hidden streets and passages, as well as the inevitable wine roads.

There are 4 parking spaces at the property.

Vorab die einzige negative Wahrnehmung: Vor der Anreise haben wir über das Portal erst 3 Tage vor Buchungsbeginn Informationen zur Anreise bekommen. Weiterhin haben wir 4 Stunden (!) vor dem Checkin ein Formular für die Anreise zugestellt bekommen, das bis zum Checkin ausgefüllt sein musste. Das liegt scheinbar bei der verwaltenden Agentur, denn die Gastgeberin ist sehr bemüht alles perfekt zu gestalten - im Zweifelsfall also auf die Gastgeberin zugehen.
Das Objekt war genau so wie auf den Bildern angegeben und befand sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Alle Geräte waren bei Anreise soweit funktionsfähig und direkt nutzbar (z.B. Grill, Sauna, Fernseher, Internet, etc.).
Die Sitzecken waren im Schatten, sodass wir auch in der Hitze der Mittagssonne im Garten sitzen konnten.
Alle 2-3 Tage wurde das Objekt gereinigt, die Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt und benötigte Verbrauchsgüter wie z.B. Spülmaschinentabs aufgefüllt.
Auf Anfragen wurde direkt reagiert und die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen.
Für einen Urlaub nach Krk kann ich diese Unterkunft empfehlen.
