The staff was exceptionally friendly and directly covered every request we had. The sauna area is really beautiful with a nice view and the apartments were modern and comfortable.
Unfortunately the Spa area opened quite late at 2pm. We weren’t there for skiing or hiking so we had to wait until it opened.

The proximity to the slopes.
The adult spa on the 5th floor was wonderful.
The staff were very friendly.
The hotel was not busy at all yet they placed us in a room right next door to the pool and gym. We had a lot of children/footfall going past our room until the pool closed at night, the opening and closing of the pool/gym door was very loud from within our room and became annoying.
