Great mountain resort

Great location, just in front of the beginners educational slope as well as the lift for the slopes on the mountains. 30 min drive from Alpendorf. Room was spacious and comfortable, all amenities were present, pet friendly. Nice restaurant is located in the hotel as well as some bars and restaurants nearby. Billa and Spar in close proximity. Great pool and SPA to relax after skiing.

Underground parking is quite busy and not very easy to fit it in if you have a large SUV

The location is very convenient, close to lots of hiking trails, beautiful views. The kitchen was very comfortable to cook in. Friendly staff, intersport and spar very close by. Receiving a summer card for attractions nearby is amazing! The beautiful Großglockner is just 30 min away!

We wished the pool was heated since it’s inside and the weather wasn’t very warm. the room was clean but not very clean there was dust and dirt under the bed and in the corners of the room. Also there are only 3 tablets for the dishwasher which feels restricting since we’ve been there for 7 nights and have been cooking 2 times a day and there are not enough dishes to use so unless we buy more dishwasher tablets we have to clean the dishes buy hand.

The location is very nice, the staff are friendly and helpful, the village is beautiful, even wonderful. The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious, and has a beautiful view.

My comment on the three-bedroom apartment, the bathrooms are uncomfortable The first bathroom is complete (toilet + shower + hand basin) The second is a shower with a hand basin without a toilet The third is a toilet only with very very small basin I wish they had made it 2 full bathrooms, it would have been better

An excellent new apart-hotel with full hotel-level amenities. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay – spacious apartments, a terrace with a beautiful view, an indoor pool, spa and relaxation areas. There is also a great restaurant, and plenty of attractions nearby: hiking, cycling, and in winter a ski lift right next to the hotel. The staff are very welcoming. Overall, it’s a place I’m always happy to return to – both in winter and in summer.

Slightly ruined thanks to unruly behaviour from other guest coupled with zero support possiblities from hotel staff past

The resort has amazing potential. Unfortunately some of the management and resort practices let it down. The Spa is excellent, plenty of variety and space to relax and find your niche. The proximty to the cable car and walking into town (Rauris) are just minutes along the road. The staff that were on hand at the reception desk were excellent and tried their best to remedy any and all situations and concerns raised during our stay.

1. The spa opens ar 1400 and closes at 2100, it should remain open at least until 2200. 2. The Gym is quite small and was often overun by young children running around and using it as a playground. 3. The Pool is open from 0900-2100 BUT we could not find a single opportunity to enjoy it without loud children screaming and causing havoc, there is no chance to swim and enjoy the views in peace and quiet. 4. The Reception is only manned until 1800, then the hotel is completely un-staffed, except for a Hausmeister, who is seldom easy to locate! We had a two unpleasant encounters involving 6 small children who had decided to use the Ice-Machine in the wellness area for a snowball fight. No staff on hand to assist or rectify the situation, the same group of children later destroying any chance of enjjoying a swim of completing a work-out.

Perfect and smooth time in beautiful surroundings.

Everything! Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and nice views all around. Rooms, saunas and everything else is like in pictures. Additionally we even got a discount card for different activities in the National Park (e. g., entrance to Grossglockner High Alpine road was free of charge for us and so on). 100% recommended! :)

Gorgeous and comfy apartment with great spa, right next to the place to start hiking!

Amazing location (and view!!), super comfy and modern apartment with everything you need, super nice beds, cute balcony, gorgeous (and quiet) spa facilities that I LOVED. Right next to the cable cars taking you up the mountain for beautiful hikes. Seriously, go here!! 🧖‍♀️ We could even do some laundry which was great, and the staff is very kind too. And I travel A LOT, so I know how different things can be haha.

Didn't like we were told that we can't receive clean towels !!! We were 6 nights there.... We were told that if we want, we can do laundry for the towels by ourselves....the washing machine (need to pay) was always full even when it wasn't working and the other one was defected.

-2 Bedrooms with one Bathroom where the second bathroom is only WC and without wash. Hence it is considered as one bath and not two. -Non comfortable beds -Few number of laundry machines -No cleaning service. -Garbage room is very nasty -Reception could not resolve any matter raised.

It exceeded my expectations

There is no real breakfast the restaurant only opens in 11:30 but the kitchen in every apartment was excellent. There is a free ticket to the cable ban near the hotel.

The cleaning kit was given to us late. There wasn't any floor mop for the bathroom.

After 14 days (not the very first day they found out) after last day of our stay, reception sent us a photo of a couch (not even the room, just detail of any couch in the property) with 3 fire marks on it. It was not there when we left, they charged us 200 Euros, not aswering my questions why they sent it after 14 days, the reaction of the manager was just awfull... Never coming back again, it was our second stay in the property...
