About this house rental
Approx 1500 sq ft w/ 2 b/rs and 2 full baths. MBR has king bed and guest BR has high rise that separates into twin beds. Both rooms have brand new mattresses.
Sleeps 8 w/ sofa beds in L/R and enclosed lanai. Cable TVs in enclosed lanai and MBR. WiFi. W/D.
Towns of Lake Sumter and Brownwood accessible by cart.
Spanish Springs town less than a mile from house.
All have music, dancing, shopping and restaurants 7 nights a week, weather allowing.

The home was beautiful, layout great, updated inside… very clean. Loved the screened in patio on the golf course. Location was perfect… a few blocks from Spanish Springs.
Our criticism would be… the lighting was poor in bathroom, kitchen and dining room and there was minimal seating (an uncomfortable sofa and 1 chair) in the living room. This year it really made a difference since it was cold most of the month and we spent more time than usual at the house.

Good location to grocery store, shopping and Spanish Springs Square. We stayed for 2 1/2 months. Kitchen could have been a bit better equipped but was just fine. Trundle bed in 2nd bedroom is 2 twins not a queen. 2 other pull out couches were helpful for grandkids visit. Ken is a friendly helpful owner. Communication was slow but sure. We enjoyed our stay in The Villages!

Cannot say enough about this home. The inside was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Mornings spent on the lanai watching the shorebirds and the sun rise over the lake were indescribable. Directly out back was a wonderful view of the hills and valleys of a golf course. A large live oak and large palm trees provided shade in the afternoon. Walking distance around the golf course to the square
and entertainment was a great feature. The host and hostess were extremely congenial and easy to reach for questions. There is one negative for us; that is the fact that the month we tried to rent this home next year was already booked. ☹️
