No pets & no smoking/vaping of any kind allowed in home and/or anywhere on the property. The above will be verified during stay & penalties for violations will applied. No additional fees added by owner like cleaning, utilities, etc. unless warranted by excessive mess , use or any damage. Any additional fees including taxes, booking & service fees in final billing are added by booking agent, and we do not get any part of.

We loved this house it was very spacious and clean. It was within 20 minutes max to the beach and so many good places to eat around. Host was very efficient with communication and been checked in on us to make sure we got in the house okay. Pool was huge but could’ve used a skimmer to get floaters off the top. Other than that our stay was wonderful!

House was very clean with everything in working order. Host was very responsive to questions. We did have trouble getting our grandkids out of the pool. (They loved the pool) There were 6 of us in all and we had plenty of space.

The house was not what we expected. I normally don’t leave reviews. I feel compelled to pass along my honest thoughts. Couple of things that were immediately apparent to us. The house smelled. It had an odor that is hard to define. I will simply describe it as “not pleasant”. The house was not immediately noticeable as dirty, but it was not clean. The carpet had stains and rugs covered broken floor tiles. I suspect most of the smell came from the carpets. It was dated and had tape holding together a broken mirrored wall. Honestly, we have no idea how this place has some of the “great” review it has? We re not super hard to please people. This place was just dated, smelly, and not clean. I know this will most likely offend the owners but I’m being honest. The home needs a complete overhaul and it will be a gem. Great neighborhood. Great pool. Great time to start planning a renovation.
