The resort has a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool with multiple interactive water features, an outdoor hot tub, tennis courts, barbecue grills and picnic tables, and a fitness center. The spacious suites have living rooms, dining rooms, and fully appointed kitchens.

We knew what to expect staying at the Colonies, as we are former timeshare owners ourselves, and had stayed here before. It’s a very nice property with spacious villas in a great location, so we were happy with our decision to return. Chad was great with communication, and was able to get us set up for our stay in advance (guest certificate) without any issue. A few very minor issues with the unit due to the age of the property, which we addressed with maintenance, but nothing that would prevent us from going back. Thank you!
