Comfy and Central

It was super central and the host Guillermo came to get me at the gate and showed them the whole property. The living room and the kitchen were very nicely decorated and were large! Additionally, my room was super big and had everything that I needed!

I wish that the water temperature was more consistent, and that there was more of a barrier between the women’s and men’s bathrooms.

Beautifully designed spaces with a nice view

The common spaces and the rooms, even the bathroom and the kitchen were beautifully designed and had a nice view over the city (sunrise!) I especially appreciated Memo’s mindfulness in terms of what travelers need: a good city map with tips, clear instructions and contact info re: check-in and check-out, a well-equipped and clean kitchen, reminders to minimize environmental impact (turn off lights, recycle, etc.), hangers and a bedside lamp…it’s the little things that can greatly improve one’s stay! Memo was also quick to respond to my messages and put me in touch with a reliable taxi service for airport transfer. Thank you, Memo, for your hospitality 🙏

I do not recommend this place, unless you do not need a shower.

Location and cleanness

You can not have shower. It does not work properly and when the water comes is so hot that you can be dangerously burned ( I was almost) and the manager does not advice about that. I ask to do the check-out one hour later, the place was empty, only one more room had guest, and the managers was not nice and told me it was not possible. He also gave no support during my stay.

Great place to stay to explore Oaxaca City! 10/10.

Central location. Lovely host. Communal areas very clean and well decorated. Plenty of space. Amazing views from the area too. Private Bedroom and en suite room was large, plenty of room for bags and clothes line to hang up any clothes. Nice to have the desk too.

A good stay for a semi-budget traveler

Memo, the host, is very helpful and very responsive! I liked that there was a clean shared kitchen and fridge. The room was clean, big and the location is just a quick walk to the main square and markets. Also a 10-minute walk to most tour offices and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Monte Alban.

These are more suggestions than things I didn't like, just had to adapt: - since you cannot flush the toilet paper, I would suggest a trash bin with a lid or emptying it daily; - toilet paper holder - the pillows are extremely thin - add the location to Google maps or add a sign outside. It was the only place our colectivo driver didn't know and had to search by address because even the name didn't show up on his map.

Amazing, comfortable, relaxing stay

We loved staying at Diaza. Host was super friendly and helpful and let us check in early after a long day of travelling which was much appreciated. The location is great. Super quiet at night. The space is even nicer in person than in the pictures. Lots of nice touches and guest friendly thoughtfulness. We enjoyed it here very much and felt super comfortable.

Guillermo è stato gentilissimo ad accoglierci alle 6 di mattina nonostante il check-in alle 15 ed è stato molto disponibile per qualsiasi info richiesta. La struttura è molto centrale e curata bene.

Memo est un super hôte, arrangeant et chaleureux. L’appartement est très bien situé et très joliment décoré avec une superbe vue.

Nous avons pris la chambre avec la salle de bains mais celle ci ne représente pas une véritable plus-value car la pression de la douche est très faible.

Perfect voor een hele goede prijs.

De sfeer is ontzettend goed, leuke vrolijke inrichting. Grote kamer ook voor 1 persoon! Ook heel veel ruimte naast je eigen kamer, keuken, woonkamer etc. Je moet even weten hoe je binnenkomt, meld je bij de koffiebar en de dame belt voor je. Je wordt dan allerhartelijkst ontvangen.

・オーナーさんの対応が非常に丁寧(チェックインが遅くなってしまうと連絡したが、15分ほど早く着いたものの、ドアの前で既に待っていてくれた、テックイン時に詳細に説明してくれた、他のお客さんが後から到着した際に、わざわざ一報言えてくれた) ・ロケーション抜群。中心地なので基本徒歩圏内・お部屋のデザインがよく(特にタイル！！)清潔に保たれている

・シャワーの水圧が弱い・お湯が出るまで時間かかる(太陽光発電と記載があったので納得だったが)

ソカロへも5分〜10分ほどで便利です。清潔で快適な滞在でした！　スタッフさんもお優しく丁寧でのんびり過ごすことが出来ました。チェックイン前に荷物を預かって頂くのも快く引き受けて頂きました。下のカフェも良心的なお値段！

L'emplacement est idéal, juste à côté du marché du 20 novembre. Memo est un hote attentionné et très accueillant. Les parties communes sont également très agréables. Petite surprise avec le reveil par la messe le dimanche matin. N'hésitez pas à tester le café juste en bas du logement il est excellent !

La habitación era espaciosa, todo el apartamento estaba muy limpio, el ped era perfecto, el agua caliente estaba caliente. Excelente ubicación muy cerca de todo. Me alojaré aquí de nuevo.
