Certainly recommend the apartment and would stay again.

Excellent location and very roomy apartment. Having two bathrooms a bonus. Whilst not super modern it is very comfortable with everything you need. Very good air conditioning for hot weather too.

Parking is a bit of an issue. Had to park in a purpose building a wee way down the road, with limits and pay per hour.

Good place to stay.

The apartment is spacious and functional. Bedding is comfortable. The view from the balcony was awesome, looking out to the mountains. Shops and eateries are near. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Spartanic apartment centrally placed in town and in the region.

Centrally placed in the town, 2 toilets - good for 2 couples. Air condition.

We had to clean the kitchen thoroughly before using it. Now very cosy - nothing on the walls - clearly no-one lives there. Many low-hanging fruits: easy to improve. Parking a bit expensive or troublesome.

Great stay in Belluno with amazing views.

The apartment was very specious and well equipped! The views were stunning. Great little apartment! We loved it.

Just a little problem. The shower doors in the newer bathroom seemed to be put on backwards so it was a little tricky getting into it. Also the floor wasn’t slanted so it flooded the bathroom if you used the rainfall shower head.

The apartment was spacious and bright, in a superb location. The owner was very accommodating and thoughtful. Everything was clean and the self check-in was extremely easy through the app.

The water temperature in one of the showers was a bit unsteady. Also the toilet flush was a tad weak in the same bathroom. However, it didn’t compromise our experience at all.

Spacieux mais très bruyant

appartement spacieux et climatisé

Appartement très bruyant : on entend les bruits de la rue et de l'appartement d'à côté comme si l'on était dans la même pièce (en dormant dans le salon nous pouvions entendre les voisins ronfler ou tousser). La cuisine manque d'équipement : pas assez de vaisselle (verre, couverts, assiettes), pas de denrées de bases (sel, poivre, huile, café, thé...), pas de grille pain. Le lave-linge fonctionne mais il n'y a pas de quoi étendre une machine entière et le sèche-linge ne fonctionne pas. A savoir : parking gratuit à 15 min de marche et le stationnement payant devant l'immeuble est limité à deux heures.

appartement proche du centre Belluno et des dolomites.

l’appartement est spacieux et confortable. ils avaient mis à disposition un coussin pour notre chien. contact par WhatsApp mais réactif et très aimable.

les horaires de silence, un peu embêtant même sans faire de fêtes, mais juste vivre normalement c’est difficile à respecter. l’appartement en plus, le bruit résonne beaucoup. manque un grille pain.
