Our apartment is located two minutes from the beach
and the famous Duarte area, home to
restaurants, bars, nightclubs,
but in a very safe residential area
The beach is a two-minute walk away, and you can see the ocean from the terrace
The location is right next to the beach at the Hotel Hamaca
but you can reach the
Sporting (“the most beautiful private beach”) in 5 minutes.
Buses to the capital (a 30-minute ride on the EXPRESS bus) stop right in front of the residence...
There are plenty of public transportation options.
The master bedroom is spacious, with a large closet, air conditioning
, and a fan in the living room
. The apartment is very bright and naturally well-ventilated
