This place was so cute& clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect, only minutes away from Caesars & bourbon. The gym was very nice and clean as well.

We have no complaints about this place. We truly loved and enjoyed our stay.

Tons of closet space, ridiculously high ceilings, excellent kitchen appliances, uber modern finishes, and lots of natural light in the common area. Loved the secure entry. Thankfully the trash shoot was close and not stinky. The sound machines on the nightstands were a nice touch. (But they don't stay on over night, which sucks.) Really appreciated there being snacks and cold beverages waiting for us after a long day of traveling. I also really like the amenities in the bathrooms.

Beds need more pillows and a mattress topper. Bathrooms need towel hooks. The kitchen pantry should have spices, sugar, flour, pasta, a few canned goods, etc. There's no divider between apt units on the outdoor patio, which is a little awkward. There should be a first aid kit available somewhere. The elevator is super slow, but it's only an issue if you really have to go to the bathroom. Speaking of, stock a small basket of feminine hygiene products in the bathrooms. Put some books, local magazines, and games in the entertainment center in the living room. Get TWO-PLY toilet paper for the love of God!!!

I like the apartment, the location and the vibe.

I did not like the fact that we spent a few days at this location with no problem and then we got new guest in the unit next to us, who racially profiled my husband ( the only person of color I saw at this location ). I felt this way because they called one of the host and made a false complaint on our unit. We was at the Riverwalk Mall when I started receiving phone calls from the host . I was carrying bags so I did not answer. By the time I got back to the vacation rental, I read a disturbing text . The host threaten to call the police and make us leave our rental bc of this false accusation with out speaking a word to me about an issue. He said the lady smelled Smoke on her balcony in a text ?! This all happened in like 20 min and I was APPALLED! I called the host instantly and he was kind of apologetic but did not acknowledge how offensive receiving that kind of text message was . We did not enjoy being treated as criminals! My husband and I only book places with good neighbor policies! It was one sided and unprofessional to say the least. I am always sure to read all rules thoroughly and respect the places I book. Therefore, we was uncomfortable our last night there ! My stay was excellent until this point. I loved the place but I will not be booking again , I have never dealt with this type of behavior from a host . Not to Mention , this booking said free parking and the parking was costly.
