Modern 1-bedroom apartment has everything you need for your London trip.Located in the heart of London (St Paul's Cathedral is only 5 min away), the unit comes with a washer, Wi-Fi, and a TV. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient kitchen and living room. Our Airbnb is within walking distance to several popular restaurants, shops, and train routes. An ideal base to explore London.
Flat is located on the 4th Floor.
Chancery Lane tube station is 1 minute away.

Farringdon Station - 10 min walk

Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to submit a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
No noise policy in-place between 9PM to 7AM.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of £150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.

Safe location. Short walk to underground station. Quiet neighborhood at night. You might get roadwork or city building noise during day if that’s happening (normal everywhere). Easy enough to get places by bus and underground. Neighborhood is law firm area of city. Multi-flights of stairs, just like any apartment in the city (so pack using smaller, lighter suitcases). Updated and clean, but small and more suited for travelers looking for simple, dorm-like living. Communication was good. Hardest part was getting the owner the passport info required. Expect a cryptic effort from them to give you their email so you can attach photos of passports (if intl travelers) when VRBO doesn’t allow for attachments in communications and x’s out any email address exchanges.
