Spacious rooms, bid bathrooms and exceptional view of the animals from the room.

Beautiful bush getaway. Amazing property and views. Service from staff was spectacular. The animals passing by our balcony was the cherry on top and lion sightings along the fence after we drove out. We got our money’s worth with the bucks, kudus and giraffes grazing at our doorstep.

The food is very costly for the taste. Improve the chef’s skills so that the taste can make up for the price of the food at the estate/hotel. Steak was not grilled, please train staff to make a good grilled steak.. seer your steak and preserve the flavour and colour of the hot grill.. it looked like it was almost boiled (my understanding is that it was done in an oven, which probably let some water out of the steak and that is problem #1). The breakfast was about R550 for a couple but the pork rasher was expired😞 and once again the bland steak in the breakfast. The omelette, please add some chicken or mince in the omelette.. make it full at that price, not just bacon bits with mushroom and cheese. We were sold barely cooked patties from the main kitchen at the main clubhouse. Once again chef training required, uncooked food is not medium cooked food. I almost p*ked after realising I’m eating uncooked patties. Food is a big part of a vacation. Please invest in it.

The place was beautiful. The room was huuuge, loved it!! The scenery was beautiful, animals everywhere. Saw giraffes, loved it.

I’d say the restaurant at the hotel and clubhouse, the food was just really disappointing. Which is unfortunate because the hotel is not self catering so you’re forced to eat there anyway as the place isn’t central.

Nice room, nice balcony overlooking the field and quiet

Nothing luxurious about luxury hotel - definitely not a 5 star Breakfast not included in rate!! For a “luxury” hotel, breakfast should have been included as it’s a nice value add. They charged breakfast at R255 which was too expensive given what was available, hence why there was no one at breakfast. Customer service at zebula needs to improve, no warmth, waiters don’t seem to ever know what’s going on Long wait times for service even for a simple toast No ambiance at the luxury boutique as it’s often just dead even during peak times. No special Saturday boma dinner nothing Just 6 chairs to lay on by the pool
