Fantastyczna lokalizacja. Kameralnie, cicho a z drugiej strony bardzo blisko do tras turystycznych, tras narciarstwa biegowego i stoków narciarskich. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z gospodarzami.
brak np. mat antypoślizgowych przy wejściu do domku, takie rozwiązanie byłyby bardzo wskazane szczególnie w warunkach zimowych

Piękna cicha okolica. Przemili gospodarze. Możliwość zrobienia ogniska. Fajny punkt wypadowy.
Kuchenka stykała się z płytą meblową. Podczas używania większego gazu nie trudno o pożar ( płyta była nadpalona, więc ktoś już to zrobił). Deszczownica w łazience była zepsuta. Ciśnienie wody słabe. Teren nie jest ogrodzony, więc wszystkie miejscowe psy swobodnie po nim biegają i co za tym idzie załatwiają tu swoje potrzeby. Dlatego pełno jest na terenie "min". Przydałoby się ogrodzić teren, byłoby bezpieczniej, zwłaszcza dla rodzin z dziećmi.
