La ubicación con respecto al mar, la cercanía frente al mar y las instalaciones muy bonitas cumplen las expectativas de lo que se muestra en fotos es ideal para descansar, las habitaciones son muy cómodas la cama es ideal para tu descanso en general es muy bonito te recomiendo si eres persona de buen gusto que te quedes en este establecimiento.

Lo lejos de la zona comercial para poder comer o comprar algo, no es un problema porque puedes llevar lo necesario para tu estadía, si lo que quieres es descansar y es conectarte de todo esta lugar es ideal

Es un hotel perfecto para el descanso y la desconexión. Excelente servicio, alimentación deliciosa lo atienden a uno como en casa. Volvería sin pensarlo

A nice location just in the beachfront, quiet and safe. The sea is very calm, warm and with low salinity, so you can swim confidently (nevertheless, be aware of the presence of jellyfish). Staff was ready to attend simple guest requirements. Billing system for additional consumptions is neat and efficient.

**The hotel tried to modify the price published on the platform barely two days before our arrival by sending an email with a pretended "correction" , even when we had already payed half of the bill in advance and there was no option for cancelling. _This_is_illegal_under_colombian_laws_. Their own contact center was unresponsive and I needed to ask Booking customer service twice in order to get help. They notified me that this is not an standard procedure, and that the only option when the venue is unable to locate guests at the published price is to assume the costs of relocation by itself. Please be aware of this kind of attempted fraud and contact Booking immediately if it happens to you. Accept no deal from Quinta del Mar frontdesk and adhere strictly to Booking terms of service. ** Menu is pretty short and there are zero options around. You are limited to the availability and offer of hotel's kitchen. There are vegetarian plates, the cook has decent seasoning, and prices are quite fair, but variety and style can be a challenge for foreign visitors. Not all items are prepared everyday. Mosquitoes are a normal part of the landscape during sunrise and sunset, but there was definitely a problem with flies around the stairs and the dining area, and inside the first floor rooms as well . Fumigation is urgently needed. The staff is laconic and not so clear giving information and directions when asked in Spanish (not sure if they speak English at all). We bought a tour to Mucura island, as suggested. Nobody informed us that although the boat picked us at hotel's beachfront, they were to end the trip at Tolú beaches, half and hour away . Is better not to take this trip departing from the hotel, since it lacks proper organization. Book your transportation from Monteria airport in advance, but avoid the company reccomended by the hotel. There are other cheaper and very profesional options as Turivan. Wi-fi is unstable and works mostly around the pool.
