Situated on a beautiful stretch of South Cape beach, “SOUTHERN CHARM” welcomes you into a spacious retreat with plenty of room for everyone. The main living area on the second floor delivers great Cape views. Vaulted ceilings and open floor plan make the space easy to live in, and a screen porch the whole width of the house offers extra seating and pleasant evening viewing. A king master suite on this floor provides single-level living, and an additional half-bath offers convenience. Elevator access to all levels makes groceries and luggage a breeze. With 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, this gulf front vacation home located on the south cape accommodates 24.
On the first floor, three more king bedrooms beckon. Two Gulf-front master suites each provide beach view accommodations, while a third master suite to the rear of the house provides privacy – and a private screen porch. A laundry room is also located on this floor. The ground floor may be the most fun, though. A generous rec room offers entertainment. A spacious bunk room suite has two sets of full over queen bunks and an en suite bath. A fifth king bedroom shares the final bath with a smaller bunk room that has two full beds. Step out to the spacious Gulf-front pool deck, and sun to your heart’s content. At dusk, gather around the fire pit and watch the stars come out. It will not take you long to realize why it is called “Southern Charm.”

Bringing a pet or want pool heat? That can be arranged for additional fees (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). Please check with us on size and number limits for pets. No events over the occupancy of the house are allowed or that require a chaperone, and we strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.
*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

We stayed at southern charm and really enjoyed our vacation. The company was wonderful getting a few minor issues straightened out when asked. The top floor air conditioner didn’t work, they sent two people two days to try to fix it. Realizing parts had to be ordered they brought 2 room air conditioner s and that did the trick! They truly seem to care about keeping their people happy. The home is great for a large family! The small town and quiet beach is the perfect way to have a really relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back from here on out and so happy we found you! Thanks again for all you do!

The home is beautifully decorated. The amount of space is fantastic. The location is ok. The beach is probably awesome but we didn’t get to spend time there due to red tide so that was disappointing but no ones fault. This home has recently been remodeled. Layout is really great!! These things make it 5 stars but stars start falling off on the little things. A home with 7 bedrooms and only 5 coffee cups? Not enough pillows or blankets, the master shower didn’t drain, the fan in the master had no adjustment switch so it was either on full blast or off, pool heater (paid 375 to have heated!) worked only sporadically. With that said the management company was very responsive and helpful! The board walk to the beach is new but frankly if we had been able to go to the beach I would not walk that board walk at night. It is very over grown and I am sure there are things out there we should not be in contact with. AC went out on last day. No shade at all around the pool. One pool stick. No full length mirrors. Showers not cleaned well, especially master shower. Lower level extra fridge smelled like bait very strong. Just lots of very minor things that all add up to make it feel less than it could be. With all that said we would still recommend, but with reservation, and would possibly stay again but unfortunately the price for next year is MORE than double.

This is a beautiful property that seems to be neglected lately. It is for sale, maybe that is why? We stayed in Dec for 8 days and it changed quite a bit from Dec. to July. We also just came back from another 8 day stay. Number one problem is the smell on the first level. It hits the second you open the door and doesn’t go away! We found out later it’s because of the 40, gave up filming and counting after that, plus bats living in the house! The house itself hasn’t been being cleaned well inside or out. Inside we had to complain because our children were being bitten by ants! Found all kinds of food around bunk mattresses which attracted ants! The house had several areas such as bathrooms, and kitchen that were dirty. Light bulbs out in many rooms, broken blinds! The kitchen was not stocked very well at all. Barely pans, utensils, no sponges, wash clothes, unfortunate because with a big family a lot of cooking gets done so not being stocked is tough! The master on the middle level…, the drain in the shower. It does not work! It will fill up above your ankle with water, gross, and then it takes all night to drain out again. Therefore, we couldn’t even use our shower much and had to go to other showers to shower! The outside had wasp and bees nests on the house. The grass hadn’t been cut. They showed up the last day we were there, by then it was way too long, and even though we were all swimming in the pool, they came into the pool yard with weed whackers and proceeded to whack the whole grass area. It was flying all over our towels and in the pool to the point that we had to give up and get out for the day! Now, all this being said, there is just no way to not have a good time at Cape San Blas. We love it so much we are considering buying a place of our own for the family. We absolutely love Jubilation, we loved the house, until it went so far downhill. Maybe you can recommend another beach front property? We would give your company another try because when called you did at least send someone out to take care of the ants…we do appreciate that. As for all other inquiries we made, we got no results or answers and refused to give up one minute more of San Blas time to trying to get the house right. SO disappointing:(
