I liked the location and size.
There were no sheer blinds so unless you wanted people from the pool looking straight into your rooms, you had to have the blinds closed so it was always dark. Also a few more cooking utensils and items would have been helpful.

The property was within walking distance to the echuca port. Also the view onto the river and wildlife was beautiful
The couch was all frayed and probably could do with replacing
