Cozy complex of 5 apartments in the center of the municipality of Marciana, a town on a 375-meter promontory on the western side of the island, on the slopes of Monte Capanne. Marciana offers unforgettable views in close contact with nature, it is one of the oldest and richest in historical sites, its origins date back to 35 BC.
Not far away you will find the departure of the Monte Capanne cable car, the highest peak of Elba (1019 above sea level). An ideal destination for those seeking relaxation away from the chaos of the beaches and for trekking enthusiasts, the CAI path no. 100 starts in the town square towards Monte Capanne.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure. If linen needs to be collected, collect it from our offices in Portoferraio.

The shared laundry includes 2 washing machines and a sink. It is possible to connect to the Wifi of the neighboring house, it is not a strong signal but it is present.

We were in town for a wedding and were delighted to find this great location. The house is nested on the side of the village, with a nice view of the mountains, all the way to the sea. We were on a tight schedule because of the wedding, and struggled a bit with communication to check in. Before we arrived, the ladies at the travel agencies communicated well and often. We only had issues with setting an actual appointment with the owner since his English is limited and my Italian inexistent. Once we were checked-in, it was awesome. Just a note to warn you that the parking is at the entrance of town, so you will have to walk a little to get to the house. When we got home at 3am after the wedding, we drove for a bit before finding a place to park. A blessing in disguise, as it allowed us to visit the village. It is gorgeous! On our drive up the mountain, we also encountered a herd of mouflons, a few boars, and a white owl. We loved it!
