This dog-friendly Corolla, Ocean-Side Rental home is just a short walk to the ocean and features a private pool with in-pool seating, a massive 9x7 foot, 10-person, 88 jet hot tub, massive yard, unique 3-story architecture with plenty of deck space, and six bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements to accommodate a range of family sizes.
The upstairs of this Outer Banks Rental Home offers a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and deck-side dining area, all accompanied by vaulted ceilings with overhead lighting. Adjoining to this area is a devoted living room with 75" TV and electric reclining couch seating. The living room provides balcony and deck access, offering plenty of room for family gatherings before or after a long day at the beach or pool. The top deck of this rental home provides limited ocean views, picnic table with additional seating, and also features a stairway leading to the pool and hot tub.
The mid-floor provides most of the sleeping arrangements, offering one Master King Bedroom featuring an office entry-way, pool-side deck access, private bathroom with heat lamp and dual-faucet shower, and walk-in closet, another master bedroom with a Queen bed, private bathroom, and pool-side deck access, one kids room with a Full-Bunk bed, Single Trundle, and Twin Bunk Bed, and another bedroom with a full-size bed. We enjoyed our stay, with some areas that could have been better. In general, I think we got a fair stay for the price we paid. The big hot tub was nice to have, as the weather was a little unseasonably cool...but the controls did not work properly. There should definitely be more chair around the pool for a house that can sleep more than 15 people....we only had nine people, but there were only 5 chairs.The house is in need of some updating, but it was very clean and we have no major complaints.The TV set-ups in every room were well done....but getting live TV stations would have been a plus for sports. A couple of sinks had some issues to deal with. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, but bring your own wine opener...could not find one. Cove Realty was responsive and easy to deal with.

Close to the beach, spacious, pool and hot tub, fully equipped kitchen, nice views. I loved how the top floor had no bedrooms so it was such a nice space to entertain.

House was spacious and plenty of room for everyone! The deck is great and though you cannot see the ocean, you can hear it and it’s quite peaceful! Pool was great! hot tub jets were non working aside from one seat, notified property management and was not addressed before we left. This house has absolutely nothing - no salt, no pepper, no hand soap, and the pots and pans leave a lot to be desired. Make sure you bring all these things! Also, listing said there was a high chair and it was not there when we arrived. Notified management about this too and was told they don’t keep any children furniture anymore, which is fine but listing needs to be updated. Had to spend 75 to rent a highchair unexpectedly. There are two propane grills, and only one of them partially works (1/4 burners works). we were disappointed with the amenities that we paid for not being in working order. Overall we had a great stay, but I don’t think we will be returning to this property.
