Pros: Great location being near the 101/202 freeways, baseball Sloan park In walking distance, near Tempe Market Place. Good floor plan. No stairs. Good shower and bed. Covered car parking nearby.Cons: small bathroom, no hanging storage in second bedroom,on flight path for airport near.

Great location. Condo had everything we needed.

The property was a bit smaller than we anticipated. But it was fine for two people. Really liked the updated kitchen and flooring. Was able to contact the owner very easily. One block away from Cubs Spring training Stadium. And a mile away from an outdoor mall that was super. Had a great food district.

Bathroom could use an update. Property was in flight path of Phoenix International Airport and so was noisier than would have liked
