Unsere Wohnung lag im 1. OG und wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich, sehr hochwertig und gut ausgestattet und es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr gut und alles ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Besonders genossen haben wir den großzügigen Balkon, hier war sogar ein Weber Gasgrill vorhanden. Auch der kleine aber feine zum Hause gehörende Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Duschen, Ruheraum und Dachterrasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben diesen häufig genutzt. Ein PKW-Stellplatz ist der Wohnung zugeordnet und damit hatten wir auch keine Parkplatzprobleme.Auch die Kommunikation mit Urlando war sehr professionell und freundlich. Es war eine tolle Woche und die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir waren bereits das zweite mal in dem schönen neuen Objekt. Der Wohlfühlfaktor war zu 100% gegeben. Alle Wohnungen sind hell und modern eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Selbst wenn es etwas zu beanstanden gab, waren die Mitarbeiter freundlich und sofort hilfsbereit! Das Haus befindet sich in bester Lage. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Wir hatten im Oktober sogar Glück mit dem Wetter. Aber auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man es sich in der schönen Wohnung richtig gemütlich machen! Wir kommen jedes Jahr nach Grömitz und werden das Objekt wieder buchen wenn es für uns verfügbar ist! Es war sehr schön!!!

Sehr schön und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Einige tolle Extras wie Whirlwanne, dimmbares Licht, Radio im Bad, große Fensterfront zwischen Bad u Schlafzimmer. Tolle, sehr zentrale Lage. Man ist in wenigen Schritten an der Kurpromenade. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier absolut. Wir kommen gern wieder!
