Food was all good no matter which restaurant you ate in. Right by the beach with white sand and crystal clear water. Staff are all very friendly and helpful.. couldn’t fault the place.
Could get late check out.

my room, I needed a double room and we got moved to a room where the shower didn’t work properly and ac wasn’t working properly. and had a very very bad smell in the room.

All inclusive was excellent.
Requested a partial ocean view. Ed were on the 2nd floor and looked out to a wall. If you looked up you could see the sky. Also setting reservations up I requested, as you do for most reservations, one room. Found out when we arrived it was for one person . We paid over more than double of what we thought we were going to pay. Very upset with booking.com.

The location of the property was awesome. Also the entertainment. We loved the fact that if we wanted to we could just stay on the property and have a great experience and not miss any opportunities
I didn’t have any cool air in my suite my entire stay. In which I felt extremely uncomfortable at night and we were sweating throughout the four nights we stayed in that suite. Also book.com made a mistake with my itinerary and I had to pay an extra 1900 at the resort.
