Food in main restaurant was excellent, the 'specialist' restaurants though not as expected., as the foord was 'ordinary' and in some cases not pleasant.

The restaurants and the people serving the restaurants are excellent. They’re right on point with anything you need at all times.
they are renovating the hotel on April 6. They started shutting down a couple of restaurants and shops a couple days before.

The beach.
Check in process is extremely slow and not very friendly. I specifically booked a room with a hot tub because my kids love it but was given a room without one. Upon bringing that up to the front desk, I was told that I had a bathtub in the room and it was basically the same. As I showed my booking confirmation to the staff, I was told that it was a mistake and there were no hot tubs on the property at all. Yet my balcony was facing multiple rooms with hot tubs. Unacceptable.
