Food in main restaurant was excellent, the 'specialist' restaurants though not as expected., as the foord was 'ordinary' and in some cases not pleasant.

The restaurants and the people serving the restaurants are excellent. They’re right on point with anything you need at all times.
they are renovating the hotel on April 6. They started shutting down a couple of restaurants and shops a couple days before.

We love the location this week was sub par!
Every morning there was constant hammering and construction. We had to move rooms from the 17th floor where we paid extra for the room to the lower 14th floor.
We still heard the construction but customer service said there was little they could do from that point. They told us to write a review. So here it is!
The facility is great…however if you want quiet you can probably find many more rooms for less than 2888.00 in Cancun at a different resort!
