El lugar es precioso y está muy cerca de todos los medios de transporte y de la plaza española.
Los marcos de las ventanas y las ventanas en general, así como el hecho de que el apartamento esté en el último piso, hacen que las habitaciones parezcan curvas y algo incómodas.

La ubicación es excelente y el piso es muy bonito.
Tiene varios detalles de mantenimiento que hace falta reparar: la persiana metálica de la habitación principal está atascada a la mitad y no se puede subir ni bajar, dejando entrar la luz e impidiendo salir a la terraza; además las persianas de tela de las otras dos habitaciones no cubren la luz y están en mal estado. También hay bastantes hormigas (debe ser algo frecuente porque hay muchos botes de insecticida en el ático). Les escribimos acerca de la persiana atascada durante la estancia y no nos respondieron.
