The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
Though pets are not allowed, please note that a dog may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.

Great View needs to be cleaned better
It’s a nice unit in terms of layout and location. The types of furniture are ok but they are dirty.
The AC unit has mold. The unit is extremely musty. The unit needs a deep cleaning. Furniture is very soiled. Refrigerator needs a heavy cleaning on the sides. Many Pan and pots need to be replaced
Regrettably one of us wound up with a sinus infection due to congestion from the AC.
You should look into upgrading the AC. It will make a huge difference
