Perfekte Lage, schöne Wohnung, Parkplätze vor der Tür

Lage super, ausser sehr laut den Auto Verkehr, genau vor der Wohnung. Steckdose im Flur und Bad lose, hintern Bett müsste mal der 10 Zentimeter hohe Staub entfernt werden. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen ( Sessel und Couch erkennt man die Urfarbe nicht mehr) Schlafen kann man nicht, 1.Fenster kann man nicht öffnen wegen Autoverkehr, 2 Bett knarrt sehr sehr laut.
